The cancellation of a booked stay is free 7 days before check-in; who cancels a booking less than one week prior to arrival, will have to pay a penalty equal to the expected price for the first night. Payment is due on arrival, in cash or by credit card.

Every morning we want to serve personally to our guests a tipical italian breakfast: tea, coffee or cappuccino; bread with butter and jam, or Nutella;; biscuits and pastries; fruit juices; yogurt and... other sweet temptations.

For those arriving by car, we have a convention with a garage located a few hundred meters from the apartment. A convenient opportunity for our guests because the parking lots in the street are usually at disposal, but just in case...

We allow our guests to use the kitchen and the laundry room (washer + dryer) installed in the apartment, subject to compliance with set times and the correct use of the appliances.
